The main Vigilante leader in Mexico, Jose Manuel Mireles has been arrested. He was arrested yesterday by Mexican Security agencies for being in possession of outlawed weapons. The Mexican government recently outlawed the Vigilante and their activities as they are becoming more and more daring.
