David Luiz has completed his transfer from Chelsea FC to the big-spending Paris St Germain[PSG] in a world record transfer which makes him the world's most expensive defender. He signed a mouth-watering five-year deal. This is coming on the heels of Chelsea FC's capture of Barcelona FC forward,Cesc Fabregas in a 25 million pounds deal.
