125 BILLION NAIRA FRAUD: FRANCIS ATUCHE AND OJO KNOW FATE SEPTEMBER 30TH
A Federal High Court in Lagos on Tuesday adjourned to deliver its ruling in a fraud case to the tune of 125 billion naira filed against Mr Francis Atuche,former Managing Director of the defunct Bank PHB, and Mr Ojo, former Managing Director of the defunct Spring Bank PLC by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission[EFCC]. The judge,Justice Saliu Saidu adjourned the case for ruling till September 30th after the prosecution and defence counsels had adopted through their written addresses before the court,on the issue of practice direction.
