D DAY REMEBRACE:70TH ANNIVERSARY OF WORLD WAR 11

   Exactly 70 years ago,the invasion of the Allied Forces into France,an event that changed the course of World War 11 took place.The momentous invasion culminated in the death of thousands of soldiers. Several world leaders and thousands of World War 11 veterans  are gathered in France to commemorate the event.
   World War 11 holds the unenviable record of the most devastating war ever fought. Well over 20 million soldiers died. Russia had the highest casualty figure as over 20 million Russians died. Millions of Jews were also killed in concentration camps allegedly by Adolf Hitler,the leader of the Nazi Germany during the war.
