The embattled billionaire and the NBA club Los Angeles Clippers owner,Donald Sterling has dropped his plan to sue NBA in a $1 billion suit over infringement of his constitutional rights and their draconian punishments for his racist remarks.He has given his consent to sell the world's most lucrative sports club.By tomorrow,the NBA league owners will most certainly give their approval,and Steve Ballmer,the former Microsoft CEO will be named the new owner in a deal reportedly worth $2billion.
According to Donald Sterling's attorney,Steve Ballmer,''Donald has reached an agreement with the NBA to resolve all their differences.'' The deal to sell the club was negotiated by Donald's wife,Shelly Sterling.
Good for him.He bought the club for $200 million and he is selling it for $2billion.What an hefty profit.
