Whatever has a beginning must definitely has an end. The
National Confab which took place in
Abuja ended today. Despite its laudable achievements, the Confab ended on an acrimonious note between the Northern and Southern delegates over derivation formular. The delegates failed to agree on the appropriate derivation formular on the sharing of the mineral resources in the country.
