DUTCH FATHER WHO LOST HIS ONLY CHILD ON MH17 BLASTS PUTIN

   The father of a Dutch school girl killed on board Malaysian Airlines flight MH17 has penned an open, angry letter blaming 'Monster Mr Putin' for his beloved daughter and only child's tragic death. The 17-year-old Elsemiek de Borst was killed alongside her mother, step-brother and step-father when the Boeing 777 passenger plane they were travelling on was shot out of the sky over Eastern Ukraine by a surface-to-air missile last Thursday.
  Her father has posted a grief-stricken open letter online, detailing all the things his daughter had planned to do after leaving High School, and accusing of the Russian President of ruining his life.
