Wonders will never end. Last week, Hungary broke the World Record by becoming the first country in the world to legalise marijuana sales.The controversial pot law was sanctioned by the country's President,Jose Mujica who incidentally holds the unenviable record of being the world's poorest President.He drives a rickety volkswagen. As a BroadFront candidate,he won the 2009 election and was sworn in on March 1st,2010.
