COURT THROWS SUSPENDED CBN GOVERNOR,SANUSI LAMIDO SANUSI'S CASE OUT

    The Federal High Court,Abuja has thrown out the suit filed by the suspended Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria,Mr Sanusi Lamido challenging  his suspension by the President of Nigeria, President Goodluck Jonathan as CBN Governor. The presiding judge,Justice Gabriel Kolawole claimed that the court lacks the jurisdiction to hear the law suit.The judge posited that the case is an outright case of Labour Law,and advised Mr Sanusi to lodge his complaint at the Industrial Court.
   The plaintiff is yet to issue any statement concerning the judgement.He may choose to appeal the judgement at the Court of Appeal.
