Controversial city lawyer and businessman,Fred Ajudua's life may be cut short due to his incarceration for allegedly swindling his victim of roughly one billion naira. Mr Ajudua who now lives on only one kidney is now having serious issues with the kidney which is getting weaker and weaker by the day,and is showing signs of giving up completely.
He is facing a $1.69 million fraud charge before Justice Jose while he is also charged before Justice Ipaye on 14 counts of conspiracy and obtaining by false pretence.
The bail application filed by his counsel,Mr Olalekan Ojo urging the court to grant him freedom on liberal terms is yet to sail through.
