BOWEN UNIVERSITY STUDENTS NOW TO WEAR UNIFORM

     A few months ago,Bowen University students broke a record of being the first private university students in Nigeria to riot and demonstrate. The students' protest was allegedly triggered by increase in school fees,poor water supply and epileptic power supply in the school. The riot resulted in the damage of school properties valued at millions of naira.
    The students have now resumed,after being ordered to sign an undertaking to wear school uniform and sandals,and compulsory payment of 5000 naira each.
