The Management of Bi-Courtney Limited has said that the company does not owe any institution in Nigeria.
The Head of Litigation,Babalakin and Co.,Mr Tola Oshobi made this disclosure at a press conference held at the
Murtala Mohammed Airport Terminal Two in Lagos on Monday. He spoke after the Federal High Court discharged and struck out the order obtained by
the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria [AMCON] through its counsel
,Mr Olisa Agbakogba over an alleged
50 billion naira debt. The company had on Sunday maintained that it was AMCON that actually owed it
132 billion naira.
