LAGOS STATE GOVERNMENT AND SOUTH AFRICA MAY PROSECUTE T.B. JOSHUA

This is indeed a trying period for the controversial man of God, T.B. Joshua as the Lagos State government has set up a coroner of inquest for the purpose of investigating the cause of the September 12 Synagogue Church of All Nation's building collapse,which led to the tragic death of over 100 people,mostly South Africans who have gone into the church for deliverance and miracles. The Lagos State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice,Mr Ade Ipaye disclosed this on Sunday. The coroner's inquest was instigated pursuant to Section 15 of the Lagos State Coroner's System Law No. of 2007 .The coroner of inquest,headed by Magistrate O.A. Komolafe has been charged with the responsibility of establishing the cause of the collapse of Synagogue's 6-storey building. If T.B. Joshua is found culpable,he will be prosecuted.
     In a related development, the South African government has hinted on the plan to prosecute the embattled pastor following the death of the scores of her citizens as a result of the building collapse.
