PRESIDENT MUGABE'S WIFE BAGGED PH.D TWO MONTHS AFTER ENROLMENT

Wonders will never cease. Gone are the days when having a first degree,a masters degree or even a Ph.D degree are of any value in Africa. The degrees have now become pure water,and are available to the  highest bidder.The latest gist is that Grace Mugabe, the alluring wife of Zimbabwean President, Robert Mugabe has bagged a Ph.D degree[the highest academic qualification attainable in any discipline] from the flagship University of Zimbabwe precisely two months after her enrolment. Her darling husband, President Robert Mugabe  happens to be the chancellor of the 'prestigious' University.
