When President Jonathan Goodluck plucked the cerebral, Havard-trained economist , Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala from the World Bank, and appointed her as the Coordinating Minister of Economy, millions of Nigerians applauded him that the President's net has caught a big fish in the river. Most people thought the Messiah has come to revamp the country's parlous economy.
Lamentably,however, two years after her appointment, her impact has not been felt on the country's economy, which has continued to worsen.
