AS FUNKE AKINDELE'S MARRIAGE CRASHES

      It is now a stale news that the celebrated Nollywood actress and the Queen of Brands,Funke Akindele's marriage with the Lagos big boy and stylish property developer, Kehinde Almaroof has finally collapsed like a badly arranged pack of cards. The marriage was formalised at the Ikoyi Registry on Wednesday,23rd of May, 2012.
     Few Nigerians have expressed sympathy for Funke who overlooked all the array of eligible bachelors to settle for the unapologetic polygamist, Kehinde Oloyede. Many people knew the marriage may not last,but nobody knew it would end this early. The marriage did not even clock the minimum 2 years recommended by the Family Law as the minimum period of marriage before its dissolution..
   Accusations are now being traded by the estranged couples. Funke has now joined the likes of Foluke Daramola, Laide Bakare, Shan George, Doris Simeon, Monalisa Chinda, and other nollywood celebrities whose marriages have become history. Isn't it high time a club, Nollywood Failed Marriages Club is formed? This is going by the high rate of marriage collapses in Nollywood..
