    OH MY GOD. Who says there is no money in this country Nigeria. The Chairman of the National Population Commission, and the former Chairman of the Nigerian Breweries, Chief Festus Odimegwu has faulted the previous population censuses conducted in Nigeria.
   He is quoted to have said that he needs a whopping sum of 600 billion naira to conduct a world class population census in Nigeria in the nearest future.
