FEMI OTEDOLA EMBROILED IN FRESH CRISIS

     The billionaire oil magnate,Femi Otedola has been enmeshed in a 54 million naira sublet crisis. Information available to OOB revealed that, the case which was instituted in a Lagos High Court has to do with a rented property belonging to the Ibadan-based billionaire,Chief Bode Akindele.
     Otedola allegedly subleased a property belonging to Chief Akindele to Dr Anthony Solomon,Managing Director of Pharmacare Limited,without informing the legitimate owner of the property.Dr Solomon is now asking the court to mandate Chief Otedola to pay for damages in the sum of 50 million naira for breach of contract.

LEAGUE MANAGERS ASSOCIATION CONDEMN DAVID MOYES' SACK

           The League Managers Association[LMA] has described the sacking of David Moyes as Manchester United FC's coach as ''highly unprofessional''. This is due to the fact that his sacking went viral on the  internet for public consumption 24 hours to his being officially notified by the club.
          David Moyes' sack was triggered by the string of poor results at the club,and the unenviable records being set at Old Trafford by visiting teams.The 2-0 loss to Everon FC last Sunday proved to be the last straw that broke the camel's back.

         The Borno Women's Association has expressed their dismay over President Jonathan's seemingly indifferent attitude  towards the abduction of over 200 girls in Government Secondary School,Chibov,Borno State allegedly by the Boko Haram some time ago.The abduction has generated a great deal of interest across the country and even beyond.
         The Association,through their spokesperson expects the President to be more proactive in dealing with the issue than he is doing now.

      My favourite football club,Liverpool FC took another giant stride towards their first Premier League title since 1990 by recording a 3-2 victory over the hard-fighting Norwich City FC on Sunday afternoon. A brace from Sterling and a goal from the unstoppable Suarez humbled the home team.
    The seemingly unstoppable Liverpool FC was apparently motivated to victory by their closest rival, Chelsea FC's loss to relegation-threatened Sunderland FC at Stamford Bridge the previous day. With the victory,Liverpool FC is now 5 points clear on top of the Barclays Premier League,with 3 games to go.

        Last weekend,a talk-of-the-town wedding that shook both Bayelsa state and Abuja took place between President Jonathan's foster daughter,Faith Elizabeth and her long-time lover,Godwin Edward.. All the hotels in the capital city were fully booked.Not less than two thirds of the delegates at the ongoing National Conference abandoned the seating to attend the colorful wedding. LIVERPOOL FC HOLDS THE HILLSBOROUGH STADIUM TRAGEDY ANNIVERSARY

      25 years ago,96 Liverpool FC fans died and hundreds sustained varying degrees of injury at the Hillsborough Stadium. The tragedy was triggered by crowded stands in an FA Cup semi final match between Liverpool FC and Nortingham Forest.
      Two years later,coroner's inquest proved their death to be accidental,a report which has left the family members of the victims utterly dissatisfied.
      The 25 years anniversary of this tragic incident was held two days ago in an emotion-laden ceremony.

A SERIAL MURDERER ARRESTED IN MEXICO

      A man charged with carrying out 9 contract killings has confessed to murdering 40 people over several decades,according to Skynews.
      Jose Manuel Martinez,51, allegedly informed the US investigators that he perpetrated the crimes while working as an enforcer for a drug cartel. His victims' ages ranged from 22 to 56 years.
      He was arrested last year shortly after crossing the border from Mexico top Arizona.

KEMI OLUNLOYO HAD A CLOSE SHAVE WITH DEATH

      Controversial beautiful daughter of ex-Oyo State civilian Governor,Kemi Olunloyo has been discharged from the hospital,where she received treatment following a crash involving a commercial okada rider in Agodi,Ibadan area last week Sunday.
     According to her,she was making a U turn with her car into a house in Agodi when a motor cycle unaccountably slammed into the car,and sent her crashing through the gates of the house. Luckily,she survived it.
