   LAST week Saturday at Obamakin Osangangan Multipurpose Events Centre, Olugbo Palace, Ondo State, the Olugbo of Igboland, and billionaire CEO of OBAT OIL, Oba Obateru Akinruntan conferred the traditional; chieftancy titles to the celebrated U.S.A-based History Professor, Toyin Falola and his wife Bisi. It was a colurful,well-attended ceremony.
