Iam Thorpe finally reveals his sexuality during an interview with
Michael Parkinson due to air in
Australia tonight. In his
2012 autobiography,
This Is Me, Australia's most decorated Olympian said that he found the accusations about his sexuality hurtful and judgemental of his integrity.
Thorpe who will be part of
Network Ten's Commonwealth Games commentary team this month in
Glasgow has just overcome a physical and mental battle,following complications arising from shoulder surgery that almost cost him his arm.
